Please contact us on either the above telephone number or e-mail address. If contacting us via the above e-mail address, please include your full name, contact number/e-mail, any questions or inquiries you may have, and also the area you are traveling from to the area you are traveling to.
Someone will contact you to confirm the details of your e-mail with you and assist with your inquiry and or booking. Please be advised that is to your benefit that you read the Terms & Conditions listed below.
Terms & Conditions
BOOKING VIA E-MAIL
When booking your appointment via e-mail, please be sure to book 24 hours in advance at the very least. Bookings made on-the-day will not be accepted. All bookings via e-mail will be confirmed by a representative by both e-mail and telephone.
BOOKING VIA PHONE
Bookings via telephone can be made at any time of the day for any time of the day. You will be asked for your credit card details and booking information - all appointments must be paid in full when booking.
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
Cancellations require four hours notice prior to the appointment time. Any cancellations not made within four hours prior to the appointment time will result in forefiting a refund. However, if there are complications due to flight cancellations, booking cancellations can be made up to half an hour before the appointment time. All cancellations must be made by telephone only.
FARE RATES
Fare rates can be found via the Price List page. Rates are non-negotiable and are subject to change on public holidays.
